Releasing Meditation

As the season is changing from autumn to winter here, you really start to notice how nature begins to go within, slow down and retreat. 

This time of year is meant to be slower and just like the leaves are falling off the trees, we too need to release what needs to be released and what no longer serves us as we enter the winter months.

 I channeled a meditation for this purpose to help you release this energy that’s been around you lately.
